| Discovered Jordan Jansen (just tonight, there). He's a singer and guitarist, and at only 13 years old, he has an excellent voice. He's not made any original material yet, but he's covered some chart songs (e.g. Jar of Hearts, What Makes You Beautiful) and has added his own 'twist' to them, and I think they sound fantastic. He's also quite good looking too.
